Do you only service units purchased from your website? 
TKW offers wig services for all human hair closure units. However, glueless installs are reserved for TKW units only.

Are you available during the week for hair appointments? 
TKW is only available for hair appointments on weekends. All appointments must be confirmed by Kae. 

Do you offer wig installs? 
GLUELESS/ADHESIVE-FREE wig installation demos are available only with the purchase of a TKW unit, subject to availability availability. 

Do you offer shipping or delivery? 
TKW offers most domestic shipping for an additional $10 fee. Delivery is not available. Drop-off/pick-up options are available for local clients. 

Do you require a deposit to book an appointment? 
A deposit is not required to book appointments. However, repetitive reschedule and/or cancellations will result in a 50% deposit requirement or blocked booking privileges.  

Do you require a deposit for wig services? 
Deposits are not required for wig services, which must be paid in full prior to drop-off/shipping. 

How do I order a custom ready-to-wear unit? 
You can order units by length, pattern, and style using the drop-down menus shown under each product. Please note that if you'd like your unit customized and ready to wear, you must purchase both the unit and the add-on wig service(s) for customization, style, and other related services. Units do not come ready-to-wear by default.

Do you offer human boho hair for braids? 
TKW offers 100% human bulk hair bundles available in 8 different hair patterns. These bundles are great for adding to braids, twists, and loc styles. 

What is the shipping timeframe if I place an order through your website? 
Estimated shipping for most domestic purchases is 3-5 business days. 

What is the turnaround time for wig services? 
The turnaround time for wig services depends on the services purchased and the number of wig service orders currently in the queue. An estimated turnaround time can be provided at the time of purchase. 

How full are your wigs & bundles? 
All TKW bundles are 100g per bundle. All TKW units have a 200% density, excluding bob units, which have a 180% density. 

Do you offer frontal units too? 
TKW does not offer or provide wig services for frontal units. 

Do you offer colored boho hair?
Pre-colored bulk hair bundles are available upon request, but are not currently listed on the website. Please contact Kae to request pre-colored bulk hair options. Select coloring services are also available. 

Do you color locs? 
TKW does not offer coloring services for clients' natural hair. Select coloring options are only available for wigs and bundles. 

How many boho bundles do I need for my style? 
The number of bulk hair bundles required for a style depends on size, length, and client preference. A boho style can be achieved with 1 bundle. Please contact Kae if you have questions prior to purchase.
